Skylark’s team of fully qualified Fitness Instructors deliver exciting, challenging and inspiring classes 7 days a week. There are a wide range of classes available, including all the latest trends from pilates and zumba to traditional classes such as LBT and circuits.

Fitness classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and are free to our members. Our range of classes run throughout the week at multiple times, so there's always something on to suit you. Pre-booking is advisable and can be done by calling 01329 844 441 up to 14 days in advance.
