Fitness has always been an important part of my life and a passion of mine. Growing up as a child and teenager I did contemporary and freestyle dance and I currently do aerial hoop and pole fitness. This led me to discover fitness more and in 2015 I decided to join the gym where I continued to enjoy training and then eventually decided to become a personal trainer. I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals and aspirations and can motivate and support you along your fitness journey.
