8am - 5pm
Wednesday - Sunday
Skylark is a beautiful and award winning golf and country club located in Whiteley, Hampshire. Skylark welcomes keen golfers to come and play on the 18 hole manicured golf course, dine in an award winning restaurant, relax in the newly refurbished spa, and enjoy excellent fitness facilities.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team.
This is an integral role, being the first point of contact for our members and visitors through email and telephone channels as well as face to face customer service. The role is fast-paced, driving an outstanding level of customer service with a warm and welcoming approach.
What will I be responsible for?
First point of contact for all incoming enquiries by telephone and email
Book dining, spa and leisure reservations
Contact upcoming bookings to confirm reservation
Up-selling further services or products
Processing new membership enquiries including conducting tours, membership forms and processing internal paperwork
A brand ambassador, welcoming guests with a smile and providing valuable knowledge about the clubs facilities
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Manage online gift voucher orders
Manage stationery supply
Complete any ad-hoc administration as instructed by Accountant & MD
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise workload
Organised and punctual
Excellent interpersonal skills
This role is working 8.00am - 5.00pm Wednesday to Sunday.
